Growth targets
You own the numbers from first visit to payment and onward to architect and builder. You turn company OKRs into quarterly growth goals and decide what we try next.
A technical growth lead who can also run product development.
We are looking for an engineer-minded Head of Growth to own how Lynx, our AI copilot for people who build their own home, finds, converts and keeps its customers. You will run growth as an engineering problem: instrument the funnel, ship experiments, automate with AI agents and lead our developers when the answer is a product change. Growth here is product-led. Sales happen in the app, not through a sales team.
These are the steps, and some of the real events we track in PostHog.

A private homebuilder makes hundreds of decisions about the plot, permits, budget and contractors, usually with fragmented information and no professional network. Most projects run over budget and behind schedule. The homebuilder often finds out months too late to correct course.
LynxCraft provides Lynx, a personal AI copilot that guides homebuilders from idea to move-in. Lynx combines official spatial data, real project logic and a vetted network of architects and builders into one coordinated, decision-driven experience.
It shows what a plot allows, what a house will realistically cost and how long it will take. It then connects the homebuilder with the right professionals for their project.
Lynx is live in production in Slovenia, Croatia and England, with England as our primary market, and we are preparing our entry into Poland.
Homebuilders have been paying for Lynx since May 2026, and our network of certified architects and builders already generates commission revenue.
We release to production every week and read the effect in the funnel the next morning.
Every new country is a lean test of market response. We need growth that works across languages and markets without adding people for each one.
You own the numbers from first visit to payment and onward to architect and builder. You turn company OKRs into quarterly growth goals and decide what we try next.
SEO and AI search visibility, paid social, content and creators, and partner channels such as banks and real estate agencies. You find the channels that bring homebuilders who actually pay, not just traffic.
Onboarding, the paywall, pricing and lifecycle emails. You design experiments, ship them and tell a real effect from noise.
You keep tracking clean in PostHog and HubSpot, write the funnel queries yourself and build the reports the team relies on.
When the fastest growth lever is a product change, you lead our development team of four people through planning, prioritisation, reviews and releases. When a prototype is the fastest way to an answer, you build it yourself with AI coding tools.
You build AI agents and automations for research, outreach, content and reporting, so growth scales with software rather than headcount.
You make each launch faster and cheaper than the last one: localised pages, channels and onboarding for every country.
We work hybrid from our office in Ljubljana, in a small team that keeps decisions close to the people doing the work. We run weekly OKR check-ins and bi-weekly product reviews.
AI agents already prepare our daily product report and support research, pricing and customer outreach.
We use AI to solve problems in homebuilding that no one could solve a few years ago, and we run the company the same way.
Anyone can question a decision, raise a problem or admit a mistake without fear.
We want homes to happen faster and more affordably for many people around the world.
We improve in small steps, every week, and our check-ins show us what worked.
We started in Slovenia and build for global markets. We set goals that stretch us.
We tell homebuilders, partners and each other the truth, including the numbers we would rather not see.
We are a small team with a small marketing budget. Some weeks you will write a query, fix a tracking event, brief a creator and review a release on the same day. Priorities move when the data moves. If you want a large team or a big ad budget to delegate to, this role will frustrate you.
